Shipping Instructions:

Fill out the Repair Form below before shipping your drone. Please only send in your drone and controller, no batteries or other extra accessories. Package the drone and controller in a well-protected case or box with packing material so they are not loose. Maverick is not responsible for damage due to improper shipping or loss during shipping.

Billing:

For initial diagnostics and to provide an accurate final repair cost, we charge $180 for consumer drones and $299 for enterprise drones up front. This charge covers our labor time for a full damage assessment on your drone.

After initial inspection and damage assessment is complete, we will send you a quotation for the final cost of parts and labor to complete the repair. You can either approve this and proceed with the repair, or request to cancel the repair, and we will send the drone back to you for no extra charge.
